UNT OnePath Scholarship Eligibility

UNT OnePath Scholarships are available to Texas residents participating in co-enrollment partnership programs with Texas community colleges who have demonstrated high academic achievement. 

To be considered for a UNT OnePath Scholarship, a student must:

  • Be a Texas resident
  • Be participating in a co-enrollment program and in good academic standing
  • Have co-enrolled in at least one UNT course each year while in the co-enrollment program
  • Maintain at least a 75% course completion rate with no repeated coursework
  • Be a UNT degree-seeking student per program pathway
  • Have earned a minimum of 45 semester credit hours in the UNT OnePath program pathway

UNT OnePath Scholarships

UNT OnePath Scholarships are renewable for up to five semesters or upon completion of a bachelor’s degree, whichever comes first. Scholarships are prorated based on UNT enrollment and apply only to courses in the UNT OnePath degree pathway. UNT OnePath Scholarship recipients must maintain a 3.0 UNT GPA and 75% course completion rate for renewal. Total aid plus scholarship cannot exceed cost of attendance. 

Cumulative GPA Full-time Scholarship Amount for up to five semesters*
3.0 – 3.49 $750 per semester
3.5 – 3.74 $1,500 per semester
3.75 or higher $2,000 per semester

*Proration based on UNT hours:

  • 12 or more hours = 100%
  • 9-11 hours = 75%
  • 6-8 hours = 50%
  • 3-5 hours = 25%
  • Fewer than 3, not eligible
