The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be completed

Students must be enrolled half-time and be admitted into a graduate level program.

Students must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Students must be a U.S. citizen, national, or eligible non-citizen to be eligible to apply.

 

Parents (natural, adoptive, or step-parent whose information is on the FAFSA)and their dependent child must be U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens.

Interest Rates

Interest rates for the Federal Direct Student Loans are determined each spring before the upcoming award year (defined as July 1st through June 30th). Each loan will have a fixed interest rate for the life of the loan. You can find additional information regarding the Federal Student Loan interest rates at the Federal Student Aid website.
